The site specific installation “White Connections” composed of an accumulation of Tibetan letters, about 375 pieces ranging in size from 25 to 32 cm. The artwork developed on three levels, a structure on the wall and two piles of letters on the ground, that reminds of Mani stones. The material used is iron laser cut and powder coated. The installation measures approximately 300 x 250 cm.

In “White Connections” Rudy Pulcinelli focuses on three important elements: the Tibetan calligraphy that is especially created for meditation; the Lung-ta prayer flag; the importance of white in the Tibetan culture, color that represent knowledge and education.

The event curated by Umberto Brugni has received patronage from the Italian Institute of Culture in Beijing.
